Brawler (LG)
Modified for operations in the Askonia system under orders from Supreme Executor Philip Andrada, this hull includes integrated solar shielding as well as a peculiar internal cladding provided by an industrial conglomerate out of Sindria itself. That the chief designer, appointed by the Supreme Executor for his many cycles of loyal service, sits on the board of that conglomerate is simply an example of the unity and efficiency of the Sindrian Polity.
Typically deployed to beef up system police forces and port authority security, the Brawler-class frigate is a robust design which trades mobility for impressive firepower, armor, and a destroyer-grade power generator. |

Overview
A Brawler "upgraded" to Lion's Guard standards; its Medium Ballistic mounts have been converted for Medium Energy mounts instead, while boasting integrated Energy Bolt Coherer and Solar Shielding Hullmods.
The Lion's Guard variant comes with built-in Solar Shielding and Energy Bolt Coherer hullmods. It also replaces the two medium ballistic weapons slots with energy weapons, however, unlike the Tri-Tachyon variant with energy weapons, it has 3 less Ordnance Points than the base variant, limiting its capabilities refit. +100 range to non-beam energy weapons helps it to outrange and maneuver enemy ships.
Availability
Like most LG ships, excluding the Executor, the Brawler (LG) can only be acquired by defeating Lion's Guard fleets and salvaging the ship after battle.

Tips and strategies
The following section contains user-submitted suggestions, these may be inaccurate or outdated.
Although the Lion's Guard Brawler may appear to be a more flamboyant, less mobile and more questionable side grade of the Tri-Tachyon Brawler, it can still be outfitted to become an effective escort or fire support frigate.
While the two medium ballistic mounts were replaced with medium energy mounts, the Lion's Guard Brawler still retained the two small universal mounts where as the Tri-Tachyon Brawler replaced them with synergy mounts. This allows the LG Brawler to combine energy weapons with small kinetic ballistics such as the Light Autocannon, Light Needler or Railgun. Pulse Lasers are an efficient option to take advantage of the Energy Bolt Coherer hullmod, but Phase Lances can also be used as an effective strike weapon when paired up with kinetic ballistic weaponry. Care needs to be given when outfitted the LG Brawler due to Special Modifications hampering its flux dissipation, and its reduced ordnance point count limits the amount of vents, capacitors and hullmods it can be loaded with.
Essentially one can treat it as the bow portion of the Hammerhead (LG), with more focus on mobility and less on burst damage. Despite the lack of point defence weapons, the Lion’s Guard Brawler’s higher mobility and smaller target profile meant that it may be more survival during encounters with larger warships compared to the Hammerhead.
