	Fast and cheap, the Talon sports surprising firepower and is capable of dispatching enemy fighters. It can also deal appreciable damage to larger ships when used en masse, though such use usually results in heavy pilot losses.

Notes

The Talon is an extremely cheap, fast, fragile and expendable interceptor. Its Swarmer missiles can quickly strip armor off of enemy fighters after which the Vulcan Cannon will finish the job - as long as the target doesn't have any shields, that is.
