  • Particularly Antimatter Blaster, Burst PD Laser, Heavy Burst Laser, Ion Pulser, Autopulse Laser, Mining Blaster, Paladin PD System, Thermal Pulse Cannon & Storm Needler.
• Does not impact weapons that have a large burst as opposed to charges, despite them superficially looking similar. For example does nothing for Light Needler or Plasma Cannon
