Overview

Escort Package is a hullmod that can only be installed on Destroyer-class & Cruiser-class ships.

Notes

• The S-mod bonus is also subject to the destroyer/capital double bonus, i.e. a destroyer with S-modded Escort package within 1000su of a capital ship receives 20% less shield damage rather than 10%.
• Stacks additively with Integrated Targeting Unit and Dedicated Targeting Core, allowing destroyers & cruisers to match weapon range with larger ships that use those hullmods themselves.

Tips and strategies

• This hullmod can help Destroyers and to a smaller extent, Cruisers, be able to contest in larger battles with Capital-class ships.
• Enforcer, Manticore & Sunder can benefit a lot from this due to their slot layout allowing the equipping of long-ranged weaponry with good firepower.
