Locks the ship's omni-directional shield emitter to a front-facing position and extends its arc by 100%. As with all frontal emitters, the shield will also deploy twice as quickly.

OP cost: 3/5/8/12

S-mod: Reduces the amount of damage taken by shields by 5%.
