Reynard Hannan is the Prime Demarchon leading the Persean League. He heads of gens Hannan, one of the three great gens (extended families) from the League capital of Kazeron.
Gameplay
Once the player holds large or numerous enough colonies to attract the attention of the League, they can negotiate with Reynard Hannan for League membership to resolve the League colony crisis. Paying a 5% kickback to gens Hannan is one of the options (three available, two required) for waiving the usual League membership fee of 20% of gross colony income.
