- Patch 0.96:
- Does not reduce fighter replacement rate
- Doubles wing size
- 30 second fighter duration (up from 15)
- Cooldown and flux cost remain the same
- Patch 0.95a:
- Now adds 1/2/3 fighters above max wing size and affects bombers as well
- Cooldown increased to 60 seconds (was: 30)
- Reduces fighter replacement rate by 25% when used (to standard minimum of 30% at worst)
