Recall Device is exceptionally powerful as it negates any fighter travel time back to the host carrier and also provides fast reloads.

This has prominent uses for bombers, which can drop their payloads then almost immediately head out from the carrier for another strike. The AI is quite good about using this system, consistently triggering it when all fighters have run out of ammo using munitions (when all bombers have launched their payloads).

The system has high flux use (half of the ship's unmodified flux capacity in 0.95; e.g. 6000 for the Astral) and a 30 second cooldown.
